Sarah didn't set out to build a YouTube channel. She just needed music that actually worked for her brain — something warm enough to feel safe, steady enough to focus, and consistent enough to signal to her ADHD brain that it was time to work.

What started as a personal playlist became Lofi Cutie. Every track, every session, every pomodoro timer was built around one question: would this actually help an ADHD brain focus? If the answer was yes, it went in. If not, it didn't.
